For the price, compared to PC fsx apps, its worth it. The map really does help keep track of where you are when doing something else (working at the office). Cockpit screen shot blinks for two sec, totally useless. Dont like that other can watch my flight and with default aircraft, hard to tell which in the list is yours. Has huge potential. Cant wait for improvements and price is worth what I have for now.

The premise is awesome but execution is lacking. For example launching the app sometimes does not show your flight. The map has been upgraded and is an improvement but still scales poorly. The screenshot function is a disaster! It is slow and the window or size if the screenshots does not scale. The screen flickers noticeably. Functions listed in the latest update seem to be missing. If the developer can fix these problems and polish up the app it is a true winner.

I had trouble at first and customer support helped very quickly. This app is great for long flights.

Ive wasted my money and Ive been messing with this app and FSX Control for hours, and exchanging numerous e-mails with the programmer (?), without any success. Ive never had any problems loading, or using, any apps, and my iPhone 4, 32GB has a few. But these two apps, are an absolute waste of money and my time. Note: I had to give this at least one (1) star in order to write a review.

Cant get it to work and the help website doesnt exist ( anymore ?). I wish I had my $5 back.

This was by far one of the best apps that I have gotten for FS. I am always wondering where I am exactly, and this app is your answer. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who have Flight Simulator 9 or X, or X-Plane... However, if you coils add an airspace overlay ARTCC, that would be amazing. Hope to see this in soon updates!!!

Aircraft and history line keep fading in and out. Keep getting kicked out of program about every 60 seconds.

Love this app to follow flights on FSX or X-Plane. Thank you and keep this kind of app cheap easy and practical.

I had difficulty connecting with the server when I initially downloaded the app. The App creater promptly emailed me the next morning, worked out the issue and I was able to logon to the server. Since then, I have been flying around the World non-stop and checking my position on my iPad as well as iPhone. This is a great overall addition to both FSX and FS2004 (which I run most of the time). Google maps is also 100 pct. accurate with the positon of the aircraft in Microsoft FSX / FS2004. This makes flying even more fun now that you have a real-time map. Keep up the good work. Hopefully, airspeed and flight planner (GPS) data, time to destination, time from departure can be added to this app in the future.

Desktop portion crashes regularly...wont stay running for more than a couple of minutes.

Heard this app was legit and works for others but for me it crashes after only being opened for a few seconds! Please fix this and update this ASAP!

App did not work at first but after contacting support, I was able to get it to work. The app works good, it follows your airplane position. Could use some more features. Like being able to view the airport your enroute to and if you can move the map without auto moving back to your current position. Fun app to have...

I originally gave this app 5 stars but the latst version is a big step backwards. (again) Now in the latest version 2.1, the iPad version (I have iPad 2) the settings dont work. Seems to work fine in the iPhone version.

The app worked for about 2 days. Then the fsx follow client did not even send any information, the the app was useless. I want my FIVE dolors back. Note- dont even bother trying costumer service. I asked about a week ago and got nothing. Note- FSX approach does not work either.

This is my favorite fsx add on I have I used it when ever I play fsx. I highly recommend this app!

After trial and error Ive figured it out, this may help some of you because it seems to work differently for others and ill give a better description. Download the driver thing or pc client. Load fsxfollow. Set it up for your flight. Exit the fsxfollow. Load fsx follow on computer, then fsx, then your flight meaning your aircraft and everything. The main menu does not seem to work. Now load fsxfollow again and log in. Soon it should show up in any of their apps. Hope that helps. The way it was explained did not help me. Anyway it is a great app. I use it on my ipad mini and iPhone, seems like a virtual glass cockpit.

...cant say the same for any of the other apps from this dev though. Most of which are severely limited, very buggy, crash a lot, or dont match the apps description and end up being useless. The only complaint I have with this app is there is no way to turn off, clear or reset the course following line. If you are practicing your procedures around a particular area, doing touch-n-gos, or generally not necessarily flying from point A to point B, that course line can get obnoxious. The only way to clear it is to exit the app completely, relaunch, and reconnect. Other than that this app is great and is the cheapest way to get you a moving map for your flight simming.

Well I bought this app cause I wanted to know where I was in fsx so I bought this app and I cant figure out how to use it i dont know if Im suppost to put my cord in to my computer and hook it to my ipad or what but I need help please can somebody tell me
